Brown butter cookies(eggless)

 


Ingredients:

100 gm white sugar
150 gm brown sugar
170 gm soft butter
1/4 cup milk
250 gm wheat flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2 cup choco chips
1 tsp vanilla essence 

Method:

First let's start with browning the butter.
Take a heavy bottom pan. Add the butter and on low flame melt it completely till you see it frothing. Stir intermittently till below the froth you see the butter turn a golden brown colour. It will also start smelling nutty. 
Switch off the flame and give it a stir. Keep aside for few minutes. 
Add the both sugars and beat with a spatula or hand blender till creamy. 
Add the milk and vanilla and give it a whisk.
Add the flour and bring it together to form a dough. Add the choco chips.
Make small balls using your hand and place on a baking dish keeping a little gap between the cookies as they will flatten out and spread a bit.
Bake at 180 for 12 to 13 minutes. 
The cookies will be soft when warm.
But they will turn crisp when they cool down.
