Choco walnut fudge

 


Whenever we crave for some chocolatey dessert to pop into our mouths after a meal, this is my Go- to recipe.

Plus it is "healthy" as it has "dry fruits ".

It can be made in less than half hour if you are willing to eat it slightly "fudgy" and soft.

Here goes the ingredients and recipe

Ingredients:

220 gms dark chocolate chopped 

200 gms condensed milk

Handful of chopped walnuts 

1 tsp butter

Method:

Melt the chocolate in microwave in 30 seconds  shots. Mix to check if it's melted completely. Don't heat too much. Should take about 1.5 minutes.

Add the condensed milk, give it a mix and heat for 30 seconds more as the chocolate solidifies quickly .

Add the butter and walnuts and mix until well incorporated. 

Line a tin or any container with parchment paper. Pour the mixture and spread till its even.

Add few walnuts on the top to decorate if desired.

Cover with a cling film and refrigerate for half hour or till firm.

Remove from the container and chop into small squares.
